Who McHugo Homes are and what we do
Mchugo Homes is founded by me, Andy Mchugo. I offer a personal and bespoke service dedicated to selling property for my clients, assisting both buyers and sellers move home within Harborne, Quinton and Halesowen.
I have over 17 years of experience selling homes within the region, whilst I will save you the whole chapter and verse of tales of corporate grounding and running market leading agencies in Birmingham and jump straight to today…
For those yet to meet me, I am a family man with two young children and (supportive) fiancée. We enjoy country walks up Clent - covering what feels like every inch of Walton Hill during the lockdown of 2020, plus days out at the football which you will find is another huge passion, oh….and I have a very very sweet tooth (always worth remembering for a completion day. Nudge nudge).
Professionally, I am the product of a studious understanding of my industry, for me, a good market like 2021 is great for most Estate Agents (selfishly), but it’s the market impact of recessions and even learning from mistakes that really determine an Estate Agents credentials, having clear strategies for each eventuality.
It's these experiences that have made me a more rounded person as well as a better property expert locally, and, combined with a knowledgeable and transparent commitment to my clients, ensuring you are in the very best of hands when moving home.
McHugo Homes launch incentive
The uptake and positive vibes so far has been fantastic, and I really apprciate the overwhelming emails and messages of encouragment from evereybody. If living in Harborne, Quinton or Halesowen, you may well have received a promotional leaflet with an incentive for the first 15 vendors who instruct me to sell their homes.
As a thank you for putting that trust in me I am offering a discounted Agency fee of 0.5% of the agreed selling price on a no sale no fee basis.

I offer a free market appraisal of your property, with no obligation.
There is no VAT to pay and the incentive is available on a sole agency basis and for properties that are new to the market. A standard contract term is a 12-week agency term initially and critically includes no upfront marketing costs. The 0.5% fee is paid upon completion of a succesful sale and is subject to a minimum of £1500. If your property needs an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to assess the energy efficiency of your property this will be your only mandatory document to show buyers, which you or I can provide (the cost with McHugo Homes is £75).
